These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PitNotes mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing or using PitNotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PitNotes is a rally stage & pit logbook designed for co-drivers, drivers and teams. It helps you organize event details, tyre pressures, setup notes and stage logs in one place. The App is an assistant tool and is not a replacement for official timing, road books, regulations or safety procedures.

The App stores your events, notes and setup information locally on your device. You are responsible for:
Uninstalling the App may remove your locally stored data. We are not responsible for any loss of data.

The exact features available in each plan may evolve over time. We may introduce new features, change existing ones, or retire features as the App develops.
PitNotes Pro and any in-app purchases are processed through the platform where you downloaded the App:

We may change the price of PitNotes Pro or other in-app products in the future, subject to any requirements of Apple and Google. If prices change, you will typically be informed through the store platform before renewal.
The App may interact with or rely on third-party services, such as:
We are not responsible for the content, availability or behavior of these third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
PitNotes, including its design, logo, and underlying code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
You retain any rights to your own content (for example, your notes, event names, and exported PDFs), but you grant us a limited right to use that content to the extent necessary to provide support and maintain the App (for example, if you send us a screenshot or PDF while asking for help).
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it and, if applicable, cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account.
We may update PitNotes from time to time, including adding or removing features. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If you continue to use the App after the Terms have changed, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App and uninstall it from your devices.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use.
These Terms may be governed by the laws of the country or region where you reside, or where the App is offered, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply.
